Registration Procedure

Create an account here.
If you previously registered for REFSQ 2023 (Barcelona), you can log in using your email.
If you forgot your password, you can reset it here.

Introduce personal and contact information (*) and accept the Terms of Service

Use the link My Congress > My Registration > Complete my registration to register into the conference.
In case you have an accepted paper, fill the Reference field in the Billing Information form with the easychair id number of your paper, following the pattern:


  • RP-XX (for research papers)
  • PT-XX (for poster and tool contributions)
  • JE-XX (for journal early feedback contributions)
  • DS-XX (for doctoral symposium papers)
  • ET-XX (for education & training papers)
  • CreaRE-XX (for CreaRE papers)
  • ViVaRE-XX (for ViVa RE! papers)
  • NLP4RE-XX (for NLP4RE papers)

In the Select Products form, choose the correct type of registration. If you are the author of an accepted paper, check the registration type stated in the mail you received informing about the acceptance of the paper.

Once you have introduced the registration data, you may proceed with the payment using one of the following methods:

  • Credit Card
    • You will receive an e-mail with the invoice after the payment.
    • The invoice will be available for download from the registration portal approximately 24 to 48 hours after registration.
  • Bank Transfer
    • You can download a proforma invoice by clicking the "Proforma Invoice" button.
    • The official payment invoice will be available for download from the registration portal approximately 24 to 48 hours after processing the payment.

(link “My Congress”).

After the conference you will receive the attendance certificate in your e-mail.
